Apartment Living Melbourne has been hosting hundreds of guests every year since 2006. Our professional and friendly team is very experienced. Originating from different parts of Europe, Asia and South America, collectively we have a deep understanding of the many different cultures we interact with daily. We speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Greek and of-course English.

Our role is to provide a high level of service and professionalism so that your move to Melbourne is made as easy and smooth as possible. Further to provide the ongoing support you may need from time to time ensuring your apartment is comfortable and your memories here pleasurable and lasting.

Our business is to provide comfortable, fully furnished and fully equipped apartments, so that all you need to bring is yourself and your suitcase for your medium / long term stay here in Melbourne. All services are already connected and ready to use from the moment you turn the key to your front door. Our guests stay on average longer than seven months and typically at least 28 nights.

Apartment Living properties provide more home-like amenities than hotels, serviced apartments and student accommodation. Whilst we have many of the facilities and services you will find in the aforementioned, our apartments offer additional comforts and conveniences such as larger spaces, full kitchens, refrigerator and dish-washing and self-serve laundry facilities.

To provide the most cost effective, convenient, and comfortable solution, we include everything in just one simple all-inclusive weekly fee, so that managing your budget is made easier. In addition to fully-furnished living spaces and use of all communal facilities, your rent is inclusive of utilities (water, electricity and gas). To keep weekly rent at a minimum, we have made unlimited high-speed wireless internet, regular housekeeping service, car parking, airport transfers all optional. This way you are not paying for services you do not require, but are available to you should you wish to have them.

Our apartments are two to three times larger than a typical student apartment, stylishly appointed with everything you will need to make you feel like you have never left home. At an affordable price Apartment Living apartments are also ideally suited for the business traveller, academics, researches, medical professions on rotation or internships, relocating professionals, project teams, long term and working holiday travellers, families and others simply in the need for medium to long term accommodation. Our guests choose to book our apartments because our apartments are up to 3 times larger when compared to Student Dormitories, Student Apartments, Hotel rooms and Serviced apartments.

Not only are our furnished apartments a much more comfortable residential and corporate living solution, they are also a far more economical solution and offer savings of hundreds of dollars compared to serviced apartments and hotels.
For international students who want much more space than what a ‘Student Dormitory’ or typical ‘Student Apartment’ can offer, our apartments can offer up to three times more space in comparison.

Having operated in this space since 2006, we have developed wide ranging systems which every member of our team follows so that to ensure that the high standards we set for both product and service are adhered to consistently and without exception.
These systems cover a variety of critical aspects of our business, Recruitment and training, day to day operations and the selection and quality of our individual apartments.

The type of professional individuals we recruit, the selection criteria, how the individual fits into the Apartment Living Melbourne team, their own values and philosophies compared to our own are all issues that weigh heavily in successfully building the stable team we have assembled over a long period of time.

Once we have chosen our new team member, we spend time comprehensively training them and monitoring their performance, before they are exposed to our clients unsupervised. With every new individual who joins our team, come fresh ideas and alternative ways of doing things. Being open minded and willing to embrace efficiencies and change, we to as a team keep evolving and improving. By definition, this is called ‘experience’.

Our operating procedures are documented so that each individual team member follows the Apartment Living Melbourne systems which in turn guarantee the high levels of service our guests have been accustomed to and praise us for. From enquiry, to check in to check out and every step in between, team members follow check lists to ensure nothing is missed and our guest experience is consistent each and every time.


Between guests, all apartments are comprehensively ‘re-set’. This is undertaken by our professional housekeeping team and what we call the ‘exit clean’. The exit clean is a full clean of the apartment, to the standards you would expect of a 5 star hotel. All bed linen is replaced and new towels are provided. Prior to your arrival, one of our trained staff then undertake a full inventory and condition report. This step doubles up as quality control of housekeeping. Housekeeping is recalled if any issues are identified. You will be emailed a copy of this fully detailed condition report, containing detailed coloured photos for acknowledgement after you have settled in.


All apartments are regularly and well maintained so as to guarantee you that when you arrive home to your apartment, it looks exactly as it does in the photos you have chosen from right here on our website.


Guest feedback is always encouraged and plays a significant part in our business’s constant development and evolution. No feedback is criticism. Every comment is valuable, giving us an honest insight into individual guest experience. We conduct regular team workshops analysing this feedback and deriving better ways of doing things in direct response to this feedback.
