building facilities all determine the category we attribute to each apartment.
To help you compare our apartments and choose the one most suitable for your stay, we have categorized each into one of
the following three classes: Business, Premium, Superior Economy
Business Class
Business Class apartments are located in some of Melbourne’s
most desirable residential apartment buildings.
As a minimum, our Business Class apartments include:
- Fully furnished
- Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher
- All homewares
- All linen and towels
- Air conditioning / heating
- 55” television
- Gymnasium and other building amenities
Premium Class
Premium Class apartments are a little older than our Business
Class properties, but are also typically a little larger and more
spacious than their newer counterparts.
As a minimum, our Business Class apartments include:
- Fully furnished
- Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher
- All homewares
- All linen and towels
- Heating
- Television
Superior Economy
Superior Economy apartments are our studio apartments. Studios have the bedroom area either combined or only
partially separated from the living area. Studio apartments are much larger than a student apartment or a typical hotel
room and they always include a fully equipped kitchen suitable for a long term stay.
As a minimum, our Superior Economy apartments include:
fully furnished and equipped property
