3. Once off booking fee: $50
4. Options/extras: 
   • Each additional guests: $70 per week
   • Unlimited WIFI/internet: $25 per week 
5. Linen Package
   • King Bed – $250 per bed
   • Single Bed – $185 per bed
6. House Keeping
   • Housekeeping without linen change
     • $250 per clean
   • First-Time Housekeeping with Linen Change:
     • $250 + Linen Package Fee
   • Ongoing Housekeeping Service with Linen Change:
     • $330 Flat Rate per service
7. Rent is paid in advance every month.
